The management of Kator Football Club has suspended national team player and midfielder Chol Peter Bentiu for a period of not less than one year as per a letter seen by KurraSorts.com.
According to a reliable source, the club management had banned the player for 3 years in a letter that was addressed to the Juba Local Football Association; however the club did not have a strong justification which warrants a suspension of 3 years. Hence the Local Football Association wrote against the 3 years suspension and instead a decision was reached to reduce the ban to only one year.
