Two Sudan FA Officials Die Of COVID-19

Confirmed reports from the Sudan Football Association (SFA) is that two of its football administrators have scrummed to the corona virus pandemic, according to the continental football body, CAF, tributes have begun pouring since Saturday 23rd May 2020,  after the passing away of the two officials of the Sudan Football Association (SFA) from COVID-19.

The two officials are Mr. Khair Al-Sayed Abdelgader, Chairman of the Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee and Mr. Faisal Youseif, Vice Chairman of the National Teams Committee.

It should be noted that Mr. Abdelgader died on 12 May 2020, and Youseif six days later on the 18th May 2020.

CAF extends condolences to the SFA and the bereaved families for the loss of the two officials, whilst praying for God’s strength during this difficult period.

The global corona virus case report indicates that in Sudan there are 3,820 reported cases with 458 recoveries and 165 death cases reported at the time of writing this article.
